A Guide to Start Volunteering
The best way to get involved is to volunteer. Little League relies on the hundreds of thousands of Little League volunteers throughout the world to offer the opportunity for children and families to forge lifelong memories, and have positive experiences both on-and-off the field. Every local league needs committed volunteers.

Volunteer Background checks are required to be completed by all Managers, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Parents, Umpires, Board Members or anyone having direct contact with players. This includes parents that are helping out with practices. Ask your division's VP for more information.
Little League utilizes JDP (formally First Advantage) for all background checks. Social Security numbers are required.
