IT'S RAFFLE CALENDAR FUNDRAISING TIME!
Our annual Saco Dayton Little League Go Local Raffle Calendar helps us raise money and connect with our community. We purchase a gift card and ask the business to match it.
Each player has been provided with a calendar that shows the daily prize to be awarded from May 12 to June 11, a name is pulled from those who have purchased a calendar. A person can purchase multiple calendars and have their name put in multiple times. People can win more than once. The cost is $10 and can be paid by scanning the QR code on the calendar or going to the Saco Little League website. Players should NOT GIVE away their calendar. It should be used to show people the prizes and for them to scan the code. The code connects to our secure website for payment, to enter contact information and to credit the player who sold the calendar.We have had tremendous success with this approach and the raffle calendar program last year raised nearly $11,000. We ask each child to sell at least 10 calendars and they get a T-Shirt. There are additional individual incentives you can see on the calendar. This year for the team that sells the most calendars, the coach receives a $30 gift card and each child will get a $10 credit to the snack shack at their home field (Developmental and Minor teams at Maremont and Majors at Summer Street).
